アルミ溶解炉集塵機配管清掃

本日は集塵機配管の清掃を行いました

Today we cleaned the pipe for the dust collector.

高所作業のため安全対策を実施した上で高所作業車を使用して施工を行います

Safety measures were taken to ensure the work was done at high elevations.

We used an elevated work vehicle to perform the work.

清掃する配管を外して降ろし内部に蓄積した集塵などを除去します。

アルミ溶解炉は材料投入時に煙や粉塵等が発生するため

集塵機により煙や粉じんの除去を行う必要があります。

Smoke and dust are generated when materials are fed into an aluminum melting furnace. Therefore, it is necessary to use a dust collector to remove the smoke and dust.

煙や粉じんを吸い込み、フィルター等を通して外部に大気汚染防止法の基準に満たす

清浄な空気を大気に放出する設備になります。

The equipment is designed to inhale the smoke and dust and release clean air that meets the standards of the Air Pollution Control Law through a filter.
