ボイラ焼却炉不定形耐火物の4日目の施工となります

Boiler Incinerator Unshaped Refractory Installation

本日は三層目となる耐火材の施工を行います

Today we will install the third layer of refractory materials.

施工工程①　Work process①

寸法をしっかり計測して型枠を作成します

The formwork is made by taking measurements.

型枠は開口部が幅390mm縦290ｍｍと狭いため

炉内でつなぎ合わせて作成をおこないます

The formwork has a narrow opening of 390mm (width) by 290mm (length).

The formwork is made by joining the formwork together inside the furnace.

施工工程②　Work process②

不定形耐火物の流し込みを行います

Pouring the monolithic refractory.

耐火材の厚みを一定にするためセパレーターを使用し

A separator is used to keep the thickness of the refractory material constant.

型枠に圧がかかるためホームタイを使用して膨らみを抑えます

Home ties are used to reduce swelling as pressure is applied to the formwork.

乾燥をさせるため本日の作業は終了です

Today's work is finished for drying.
