ボイラ焼却炉不定形耐火物の3日目の施工となります

本日は二層目となる断熱材の施工を行います

一層目の層の厚さと均等になる様に厚みを気にしながら断熱材を施工します

Insulation is installed while paying attention to the thickness of the first layer.

次の層は同日に施工ができないため本日の作業は終了です

The next layer cannot be installed on the same day, so today's work is finished.

施工のポイント

Key points of construction

夜間に気温が低くなる場所で施工を行う際は寒さで断熱材が凍ってしまう事があるため

炉内を照明などで温めておく必要があります。

When installing in a cold place in the night.

The insulation may freeze in the cold.

It is necessary to warm up the inside of the furnace with lighting.

3層構造にするために一層、二層、三層の厚みをしっかり

考えながら施工を行い寸法のずれが出ない様に丁寧に施工をしていきます

To create a three-layer structure, the thickness of the first, second, and third layers must be carefully considered.
